Nature has a way of providing beauty and art completely on its own. As a photographer, I strive to capture these moments. Being able to bring people closer to nature through photography is at the very core of my art. I feel it’s important for people to remember that the natural world exists and it’s beautiful, even when you can’t be outside. My hope is that through my work, more people will discover the wonder of our natural world and ultimately want to protect it.

With a background in geography and biology, I have a deep appreciation for and am inspired by the diversity of the flora and fauna of our ecosystems.

My photos cast a wide net ranging from pastel landscapes to minimalistic bird portraits and even abstractions found in nature. I have found that allowing an observer’s creativity to drive the interpretation lends itself to my own creative process.
